So, one owner of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra decided to try out the Remaster feature, which, according to the official website, automatically removes shadows and glare. The user took a picture of his 7-month-old daughter and was very surprised by the result of Remaster: Not only did the software remove some unattractive details, but for some reason it drew the baby an even row of teeth instead of a tongue.
This is how gross Remastering is on the @SamsungMobile @Samsung #S23Ultra #SamsungS23Ultra. AI casually adding teeth to a 7 month old baby. NO ONE ASKED FOR THIS! pic.twitter.com/X9WUHWS2Hr

The man repeated the experiment several times - and each time Remaster added teeth to the photo of his 7-month-old daughter. So it's definitely not a one-off glitch.
The Verge has reached out to Samsung for comment but so far has not heard back.
