SpaceX will get $1.4 billion for five missions to bring astronauts to the International Space Station
The space agency NASA is ready to allocate more than $1 billion for missions to deliver astronauts to the International Space Station.

An addendum will be made to the current agreement between the agency and SpaceX, under which the company of Elon Musk will receive an additional $ 1.4 billion to perform five missions to deliver astronauts to the ISS.
The agreement provides for the use of spacecraft Crew Dragon and launch vehicle Falcon-9. In addition, NASA will have uninterrupted access to the International Space Station for eight years (until 2030).
At the moment Crew-4 is working on the ISS, but in mid-autumn Crew-5 is to go to the station. The new agreement between NASA and SpaceX involves missions Crew-10, ..., Crew-14. Note that U.S. President Joe Bidenhas authorized the use of the International Space Station until 2030.
