Hacker received $1m for finding a vulnerability and gave part of the reward to help the AFU
Hackers launched an initiative to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, inspired by the example of a hacker under the nickname blazezaria.
Here's What We Know
Through the HackenProof platform blazezaria found a critical vulnerability, for which he received a good reward - $1 million. HackenProof is a community of "white" hackers, a specialised platform for identifying bugs and errors. Actually, it was HackenProof that told about this case in social networks.
The whole amount blazezaria will not receive immediately - it will be divided into parts and will be paid out over the course of a year. The hacker decided to send part of these payments (10%) to the Back And Alive Foundation to help the AFU.
HackenProof confirmed that the hacker has already received the first part and made a contribution of $8290 to the charity.
The process has already commenced, with the first payment released, amounting to 8,290 USDT.
