Dimensity 700, 6000 mA*h and 90Hz IPS display for $150 - specifications and price of Honor Play 40 Plus are known
Honor is preparing to announce a new entry-level smartphone. It will be called Honor Play 40 Plus and will replace the Play 30 Plus, which appeared in late 2021.

Honor Play 40 Plus will retain a Dimensity 700 mobile processor with support for fifth-generation networks and Mali-G57 MC2 graphics, as well as an HD+ IPS LCD display with a frame refresh rate of 90 Hz. The diagonal of the screen is not specified.
The capacity of the built-in battery will increase from 5000 mA*h to 6000 mA*h, and fast charging power will not change - 22.5 watts will remain. The front camera will be the same 5 MP sensor, and the main camera will get a 50 MP module instead of the 13 MP sensor. At the same time, the smartphone will retain a 2 MP sensor for background blurring.
The Honor Play 40 Plus will cost around $150. The smartphone's announcement date has not yet been specified.
