John Prosser showed what the Pixel Fold will look like: Google's first foldable smartphone with two screens, triple camera for $1799
Front Page Tech insider and blogger Jon Prosser shared the first quality renders and some details about Google's foldable smartphone.
Here's What We Know
According to the leak, the novelty comes with the codename Notepad. The smartphone should come to market as the Pixel Fold. The smartphone will get a "book" form factor. That is, it will have a large main screen and an additional one on the outer side. The device will be equipped with a triple main camera and two frontal 9.5 MP each. The first will be installed in the hole of the additional panel, and the second - in a frame above the main screen.
As for the body, according to the informant, it will be made of polished metal. The Pixel Fold will get fifth-generation network support, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a USB-C charging port.
Price & When We Can Expect It
According to Prosser, Google has repeatedly postponed the presentation of the novelty, but now has decided on a release date. The smartphone should be shown in May 2023. The new product will cost $1799.
