What we know
The domestic high-precision multiple-launch rocket system was developed by the Luch Design Bureau and is an improved version of the Soviet Smerch multiple-launch rocket system. The video lasting about 1 minute was published by the information agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine ArmyInfrom, so there is no doubt in its authenticity. Naturally, neither the location nor the purpose of the strike are specified.
On the footage immediately after the launch of the missiles one can see the flashes of the correction micro-motors. This particular feature indicates that the video demonstrates the work of the Vilha multiple rocket launcher system.
It should be noted that almost five months since the large-scale invasion, we have never seen a Ukrainian MLRS in operation. The last time it was mentioned in early March, but only in text, without video footage. Then the design bureau "Luch" stated, that "Vilha" made about 50 precise strikes with missiles R624 "Vilha" on armored vehicles, air defense systems, command posts and means of electronic warfare of the Russian army.
