Latvia calls for transferring more highly mobile missile systems HIMARS to Ukraine

The Latvian Foreign Minister urged to transfer more modern weapons to Ukraine.
What we know
Edgars Rinkēvičs wrote on Twitter that Ukraine has been fighting against Russia for five months. Latvia's foreign minister said that instead of idle talk, partners should hand over more modern weapons, including highly mobile missile systems HIMARS.
5 months since #Russia attacked #Ukraine, As Ukraine keeps fighting, we must keep supporting it, instead of empty talk, more HIMARS and other modern weapon systems are needed in order to stop the war #StandUpForUkraine

Recall that Ukraine needs 50 multiple rocket launchers HIMARS or identical to deter the Russian army offensive. This was announced by Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov. Twice as many MLRSs are needed to counterattack the entire front line.
However, the United States cannot send that many multiple rocket launchers to Ukraine. Adam Smith (not the founder of economics, but a member of the House of Representatives) reported, that the allies are willing to hand over 25-30 rocket systems HIMARS and M270 MLRS.
