Joe Biden's administration is preparing a new $800 million military aid package for Ukraine

The United States will soon announce a new military aid package for Ukraine.

What we know

According to Reuters, the Joe Biden administration may announce what will be included in the new package as early as today, August 19. Note that the United States usually makes such announcements between 19:00 (EET) and 22:00 (EET).

The cost of the new military aid package, like the previous one, will be $800m. It is not yet known what weapons the United States will send to Ukraine this time. Let us recall that the last package for $1 billion included artillery shells and missiles for air defense systems ATACMS.
