Following the Russian base, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a convoy of Russian equipment in the Kharkiv region using a HIMARS multiple rocket launcher.

High-precision GMLRS shells with a launch range of up to 84 km struck a column of Russian military equipment near the town of Kupyansk. As a result, seven pieces of equipment were destroyed, including the TOS-1A Solncepec heavy multiple rocket launcher system.
It is considered to be one of the most powerful weapons systems used by the Russian army in Ukraine. The Russians call the TOS-1A "Solncepec" the most powerful non-nuclear weapon. The launcher is located on the chassis of the T-72 tank, has 24 rails and uses 220 mm rockets.
TOS-1A "Solncepec" can destroy targets at a distance of up to 6 km. The kill area is 40,000 square meters. The heavy firing system is designed to destroy armored vehicles, manpower, buildings and structures of the enemy.
