Poland received the last batch of Aermacchi M-346 combat aircraft

The Polish Air Force received the last batch of ordered Aermacchi M-346 combat aircraft.

We are talking about four planes. In total, the Polish Army now has 16 planes in service. Poland is the third country after Italy and Israel with such a fleet of Aermacchi M-346s. The contract for the supply of aircraft was signed back in 2014. The deal amounted to 334,300,000 euros. By the way, the Aermacchi M-346 was a replacement for the TS-11 Iskra combat trainer aircraft.
