Popular smartphones Redmi Note will soon receive MIUI 13 global firmware on Android 12

The global version of MIUI 13 has not yet been unveiled, but it is already ready for the two popular second-to-last generation Redmi Note smartphones.

What we know

We are talking about Redmi Note 10 with Snapdragon 678 and Redmi Note 10 Pro for the international market with Snapdragon 732G. They may be among the first to receive the MIUI 13 global software running Android 12.

For Redmi Note 10, the company has prepared the first updates under the numbers v13.0.1.0 SKGMIXM and v13.0.1.0 SKGEUXM (Europe). The Pro over-the-air version will receive updates v13.0.1.0 SKFMIXM and v13.0.1.0 SKFEUXN (Europe). The first character in the letter designation indicates that the firmware is based on the Android 12 OS.

Recall that smartphones were presented last spring and went on sale with a pre-installed MIUI 12 filmware on Android 11. They are promised MIUI 13 already this quarter, but first you need to wait for the announcement of the global firmware version. For now, MIUI 13 is only sent to China.

Note that the tenth generation Redmi Note line for the international market includes several more less popular models: Redmi Note 10S, Redmi Note 10 5G, aka POCO M3 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 10T. There is no information about the preparation of an update for them yet.
