iPhone 13 smartphones are suffering from a pink display issue that cannot be fixed by an iOS update
Users of the iPhone 13 family of smartphones have begun to complain about the problem of a pink display followed by an automatic restart.
It is difficult to say how widespread the malfunction is. The first reports about the pink fill of the screen appeared in the middle of last autumn, i.е. about a month after the announcement of smartphones. Moreover, this manifested itself after activating the ultra-wide-angle camera. Then everything was written off precisely as a malfunction of the camera. In some cases, the image seems to crumble into pink pixels.
Apple Support does not recognize that the problem is hardware and recommends updating the software to the latest version. Users complain that the iOS update does not help. At the same time, in authorized service centers, the owners managed to change the faulty iPhone 13 for a new smartphone. True, in some cases, warranty repairs were performed on the device.
