Dimensity 9000, AMOLED screen and 120Hz support – OnePlus 10R specs known

Just recently, OnePlus introduced a smartphone One Plus 10 Pro, and there has already been talk of another new generation model - OnePlus 10R.

What is known

The upcoming smartphone will be a simplified version of the recent novelty. It will likely retain the design of the OnePlus 10 Pro, but will be left without the Hasselblad camera (or rather, without the Hasselblad image processing algorithm). OnePlus 10R will receive an AMOLED panel with support for a 120Hz refresh rate.

The heart of the smartphone will be the Dimensity 9000 single-chip system. This is a 4-nm processor, which is positioned as a competitor for Snapdragon 8 Gen1. The chip should debut in the current quarter in Redmi K50 Pro+ or OPPO Find X5.

The OnePlus 10R also promises a minimum of 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage as standard. It is logical to assume that the smartphone will go on sale with ColorOS 12 (or 12.1) firmware on Android 12 OS. According to preliminary data, the model will be sold only in Asia.
