FCC and Geekbench Reveal Redmi 10A Specs – Same Redmi 9A but with MIUI 12.5 and Android 11
The other day we wrote about models Redmi 10C and Redmi 10A. The latter passed the Geekbench performance test and was included in the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) database.
What is known
Previously, the smartphone was credited with a main camera with a resolution of 50 MP and a price of less than $120. There are no questions about the cost yet, but the FCC refutes information about the camera. As it turned out, Redmi 10A will have a dual-module system with a resolution of 13 MP + 2 MP.
The heart of the smartphone will be the old 12nm platform Helio G25, which was used in Redmi 9A. The previous generation model came out in the summer of 2020. The regulator's website also states that the upcoming novelty will receive up to 4 GB of RAM, up to 128 GB of ROM, Wi-Fi without 5 GHz support, and a fingerprint scanner.
Redmi 10A with 4 GB of RAM and Android 11 OS was tested in Geekbench 4. The results in Single-Core and Multi-Core were 787 and 3710 points. The smartphone will go on sale with MIUI 12.5 firmware right out of the box.
Note that the Chinese version of the device with the number 220233L2C got into Geekbench, and the global version with the designation 220233L2G appeared on the FCC website.
