Google unveils new Gmail web interface

Google has announced a new interface for the web version of Gmail.

What is known

The email client has received a more organized look with four sections. The first one has Mail, Chat, Spaces and Meet tabs. Next comes a window with an open tab. The third section shows emails, while the fourth shows the Google Calendar, Google Keep, Google Contacts, and Google Tasks apps.

When to expect

The new interface can be activated on February 8, but everyone will have it by the end of April. By the way, the update so far only applies to users of the Google Workspace corporate suite.
