The flagship Samsung Galaxy S22 is presented – features and official prices

Samsung has updated the Galaxy S series of flagship smartphones, and the most simple of the thee new products is the Samsung Galaxy S22.

Specifications

The flagship is equipped with a 6.1 ”Dynamic AMOLED 2X Full HD + screen. The panel supports refresh rates of 1-120Hz, and the sensor sample rate is 240Hz. An ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is built into the display, and a 10 MP front camera is located in the hole.

The silicon brain of the Samsung Galaxy S22 in Europe is the Exynos 2200 SoC (in other regions, Snapdragon 8 Gen1). The 4nm chip is paired with 8GB of RAM regardless of modification. The drive holds 128 GB or 256 GB of data.

The novelty has a triple main camera. As expected, a full telephoto lens is back. It has a resolution of 10 MP, a 3x lossless zoom and an opto tab. The wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle cameras are equipped with 50 MP and 12 MP sensors, respectively. The first one has OIS.

The power subsystem is represented by a 3700 mAh battery. The capacity has decreased by 300 mAh compared to its predecessor. The power of wired and wireless charging is 25W and 15W, respectively. The adapter is not included. Other features of the Samsung Galaxy S22 include IP68 protection, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, USB-C, and stereo sound tuned by AKG.
