Multiplayer for PS5 and PS4 will be free from February 12-14 in honor of Valentine's Day
PlayStation 4|5 users can play online games for free this weekend as Sony celebrates Valentine's Day.
A paid PlayStation Plus subscription is usually required to play multiplayer titles, but from February 12 to February 14, users can use this service for free, Sony announced on its Twitter.

Online multiplayer modes for PS4 and PS5 games are available without a PlayStation Plus subscription during Online Multiplayer Weekend from Feb 12 @12 :01AM – Feb 14 11:59PM local time: https://t.co/YOxnYoY4Ny pic.twitter.com/f5hinA6BSn
The free period will last from 00:01 on February 12 to 23:59 on February 14. Users will still need real games for online adventures as the monthly PlayStation Plus games will not be available for free.
PlayStation isn't the only gaming company celebrating Valentine's Day. Most recently, Rockstar Games announced their special Valentine's Day events and bonuses in GTA Online. And in Hitman 3, a number of special contracts from Cupid appeared.
