Gorgeous cinematic trailer for Horizon Forbidden West, which tells about Aloy

Ahead of the release of Horizon Forbidden West, Sony has released a brand new cinematic trailer featuring CGI Eloy.

The one-minute trailer takes us through the various biomes of the Forbidden West that will be featured in the upcoming adventure game from Guerrilla Games. The trailer also showcases many of the old and new cars the player will encounter along the way. Aloy's voice-over plays in the background.

Aloy talks about her past and the lessons she has learned since the events of the first game, Horizon Zero Dawn. You can see how she maneuvers through different landscapes, showing off her running and acrobatics skills.

Horizon Forbidden West will be released on February 18 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The events begin half a year after the first game, where Aloy will travel to the western regions of the post-apocalyptic United States to find answers to questions.
