Huawei introduced MateBook D 15 Ryzen Edition: a laptop with AMD Ryzen 5000 chips and 16 GB of RAM for $695

Huawei has announced a new version of the MateBook D 15 laptop in China.

What is known

The novelty received the Ryzen Edition prefix and, unlike the regular model, comes with AMD processors. There are modifications with chips to choose from. R5 5625U and R7 5825U. The first SoC has 6 cores, 12 streams and a maximum frequency of 4.3 GHz. The second, in turn, has 8 cores, 16 threads and a maximum frequency of 4.5 GHz.

The novelty comes with 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD. Other specifications of the Huawei MateBook D 15 Ryzen Edition have not yet been disclosed, but it can be assumed that the laptop has a 15.6-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920x1080p and 56 Wh battery.

Price and when to expect

Sales of the device will start in China on February 27. The novelty will cost $695.
