The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has given clear instructions on what to do if the occupiers take away your phone and SIM card. You must notify your mobile operator immediately in the contact center.

Once you have provided the information to the mobile operator, the number will be blocked and the occupiers will not be able to use it.
