Nokia announced its withdrawal from the Russian market
Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Nokia has suspended the supply of its products to Russia, and now it has announced the complete closure of business in the country. The corresponding message appeared on the website of the Finnish manufacturer.
“From the first days of the invasion of Ukraine, it was clear to Nokia that a further presence in Russia was impossible. In recent weeks, we have suspended deliveries, stopped new business, and are moving our limited R&D activities outside of Russia. Now we can announce our withdrawal from the Russian market. Throughout this process, our priority remains the safety and well-being of our employees.”
