In 3 weeks after the release, sales of Dying Light 2 reached 5 million copies, the first part sold 20 million copies

According to GamesRadar + Dying Light 2, 3 weeks after its release, it reached 5 million copies on February 28. The developers later added that "the number of copies sold is growing every month."

Techland also said that the first part of Dying Light reached 20 million copies sold in all time, this game took 7 years.

The studio also announced that next week in Dying Light 2 there will be new content, what will be in the new update - is unknown.
