American analyst and company founder Display Supply Chain Consultants Ross Young (Ross Young) reveals some details about the first foldable smartphone Google company.
What is known
According to Yang, Google plans to announce Pixel Notepad in the fourth quarter of 2022. The novelty will receive the main screen, like the folding smartphone Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. As for the external display, it will be different. Galaxy Z Fold 4 credit panel on 6.19", while Pixel Notepad is 5.8". Presumably, the Google smartphone will have a wider screen.
Z Fold 4 and Google foldable will have similar sized foldable displays, but the Google cover display will be quite a bit smaller at 5.8". This should mean it will have a wider aspect ratio than the Samsung 6.19" Fold 4. Hear more at our conference next week.

Recall, according to previous leaks, Pixel Notepad will be powered by the proprietary Tensor processor. The same SoC is in Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. In addition, the device is credited with 12 GB of RAM, an operating system Android 12L and several cameras. A smartphone should cost about $1400.
