Sony has announced a presentation to be held in the UK on May 12.

The event will introduce the new Sony WH-1000XM5 wireless headphones. Device will receive updated design and two colors: black and white.

Of the characteristics of the WH-1000XM5, they attribute Bluetooth 5.2, two processors, three microphones and increased autonomy up to 40 hours with noise reduction turned on. For comparison, the current model of headphones in this mode works for about 30 hours. The time to fully charge the novelty will be 3.5 hours. Naturally, the headphones will be charged through the USB-C port.

As for the price, it will not change. Behind Sony WH-1000XM5 will have to pay $399.
