Google Pixel Buds Pro: TWS headphones with custom chip, ANC and Spatial Audio like AirPods Pro for $199
Following the smartphone Pixel 6a, Google has unveiled its new Pixel Buds Pro fully wireless earbuds.
What is known
Pixel Buds Pro are the flagship TWS headphones with vacuum design and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) support. Connecting Pixel Buds Pro to a smartphone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.0. Headphones support Google Assistant with Hey Google activation and Quick Toggle between paired devices. In addition, they boast support for Spatial Audio, like the AirPods Pro. True, there will be no functions at the start of sales. They promise to activate it with an update at the end of the year.
As for the filling, 11 mm drivers and a custom audio chip with Google algorithms were installed in the gadget. Headphones received IPX4 protection. The case, in turn, has IPX2 certification. Pixel Buds Pro are controlled using touch panels. The novelty will live on a single charge up to 7 hours with noise reduction and up to 11 hours without it. The charging case will increase these figures to 20 and 31 hours respectively. The case is charged using a USB-C port and via Qi wireless technology.
Price and when to expect
Google will start selling Pixel Buds Pro in July. For a novelty they will ask $199.
