All is well, but there will be no details: Sam Lake talked about the development of Alan Wake 2, and also showed the concept of art for the game
Remedy Creative Director Sam Lake said the studio is working on a sequel to the story of Alan Wake, but so far they are not ready to share details and certainly will not do so even in the summer.
"Everything is fine with the development of Alan Wake 2. We are serious about production, we have a lot of material, and you can already play in some part of the game, "said Lake. "But we've been talking for the last few months and we've decided here at Remedy, with our great publisher Epic Games, that we're not going to show anything big this summer."
Lake says that "it takes a lot of effort to create a correct, polished demo version or trailer, and it's several months of work that can delay development."
Remedy also showed the concept of art for the game:
Alan Wake 2 was presented at The Game Awards last December, but has not yet received an exact release date.
