The first video of Brimstone missile launches, which were handed over by the United Kingdom to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has appeared on the Internet.

The video shows a platform for launching missiles in the "ground-to-ground" modification. The videos show the testing of British weapons at the test site. The homing module was installed on the chassis of the truck, although Brimstone is an air-to-ground missile and is aimed at use in tactical aircraft.

The Ukrainian military has installed a suspension unit, designed for three missiles, on a structure in the body of a truck. Thus, Ukraine became the first country in the world to use Brimstone missiles in the ground version.

It will be recalled that Brimstone weighs 49 kg and is 1.8 m long. The hull is 18 cm in diameter. The missile warhead weighs 6.3 kg. It is believed that in the ground version, the launch range of Brimstone is about 12 km.
