Amazfit GTR 2 New Version: a new version of the smartwatch with the ability to call via Bluetooth and 14 days of battery life for $155

Huami's Amazfit brand has announced a new version of the Amazfit GTR 2 smartwatch, the Amazfit GTR 2 New Version, in India.

What do they offer?

The new version of Amazfit GTR 2 has several design differences. In particular, it is available with Lightning Gray and Thunder Black silicone straps.

The watch is equipped with a 1.39-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 454×454 pixels, brightness up to 450 nits and a pixel density of 326 ppi. The display is protected by 2.5D glass with scratch-resistant DLC coating. The case has a water resistance level of 50 ATM.

The manufacturer notes the function of the always-on display and the ability to make calls using Bluetooth.

Declared support for more than 90 sports modes, as well as the ability to track activity: heart rate, distance, number of steps, calories, sleep tracking and stress levels. Other features include Huami's own biotracker, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) measurement, biological data sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope sensor, geomagnetic sensor, air pressure sensor, and ambient light sensor.

The 471 mAh battery provides up to 14 days of battery life with normal use. Heavy users can expect 6-7 days of battery life, and when used as a regular watch (no smart features), battery life goes up to 38 days.

Price

Amazfit GTR 2 New Version is priced at $155 in India. Whether the novelty will be available in other countries is not yet clear.
