Tesla has announced a new software update for branded vehicles.

What is known

The firmware received a number 2022.16.0.2. The main innovation of the system was the updated energy reserve algorithm. Now it will take into account side and head wind, humidity, as well as ambient temperature.

In addition, support for multiple media accounts has also been added to the system. For example, a car may have two Spotify accounts, which will change depending on the driver's profile.

Another new feature allows the car to use conventional brakes to slow down when regenerative braking is limited due to battery level or temperature.
