vivo is working on a incredibly fast 200W charger
The Chinese company vivo, according to online sources, may soon announce its first smartphone that supports 200W ultra-fast charging. It is said that the Vivo charger is certified in China with the code designation V2001L0B0-CN. It is capable of operating in 20 V and 10 A mode, which gives a power of 200W.
In addition, the new charger can be used to power wireless charging stations in 20 V × 3.25 A mode. Thus, in this case, the maximum power will be 65W. vivo is starting to manufacture a new charger. According to rumors, it will be released along with the iQOO 10 Pro flagship smartphone at the end of the year.
But this is not the first charger that is capable to reach 200W in the industry. Realme also developed a charging architecture that enables speeds between 100W and 200W. But it was limited to 150W in the Realme GT Neo3 smartphone, which is still the world’s fastest charging speed now.
