Ukraine has already started selling apartments for cryptocurrency

Ukrainian developer DIM announced that customers can use cryptocurrency to purchase real estate.

What is known

So far, the group of companies works exclusively with stablecoins. At an early stage of project implementation DIM accepts payments only in four cryptocurrencies with real security:

• Dai;
• USD Coin (USDC);
• Tether (USDT);
• Binance USD (BUSD).

In the future, the list of accepted cryptocurrencies will be expanded. Moreover, for the foreseeable future DIM intends to move to web3. Such a transition will give the developer the ability to issue ownership agreements in the form of non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
