Ukraine strengthened coastal defense with Harpoon Coastal Defense System missile systems

At the end of May, Denmark announced the transfer of anti-ship missiles to Ukraine Harpoon and launchers Harpoon Coastal Defense System. Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov said that the complexes were successfully deployed to provide coastal protection in the Black Sea.

The system makes it possible to cover most of the Black Sea. Harpoon Coastal Defense System capable of providing better protection of the coast from possible attacks by the Russian Federation.

The Netherlands and Great Britain also worked on strengthening the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They passed the rockets RGM-84C Harpoon Block oneB and RGM-84D Harpoon Block oneC respectively. The flight range is 139-150 km.
