What is known

Support Monobank explained the situation. If the withdrawal of funds from the cryptocurrency exchange will take place as a credit SWIFT or SEPA from a brokerage or investment company (or as a quasi-cash purchase), then such an operation will not be performed.

The bank refers to NBU Resolution No. 18 dated April 20 this year. According to this, both incoming and outgoing transfers in foreign currency are blocked if there is a suspicion that they are related to activities prohibited on the territory of Ukraine.
