OnePlus has started testing the OxygenOS 12 shell for older smartphones.

What we know

The firmware has been released with the name OxygenOS 12 Open Beta 1 and is available for OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro smartphones. The update is based on the Android 12 operating system and contains many innovations.

For example, an updated user interface with new animations, branded app shortcuts and Shelf ribbon. Also Work Life Balance 2.0 is added to the software, which allows you to group notifications and change their priority, a customizable dark theme with three shades of black, new branded apps, an updated Canvas AOD 2.0, and more.
