14 APCs, 20 Bushmasters and drones: Australia to provide Ukraine with an additional $100 million military aid package

Today Prime Minister of Australia Anthony Albaniz visited Ukraine for the first time. He visited the Kiev region - in particular, Bucha, Gostomel and Irpen. After that he, together with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, took part in a briefing, where he announced new aid from Australia.

Thus, today Australia is going to announce an additional package of military aid to Ukraine worth $100 million. Also Ukraine will receive 14 APCs and 20 Bushmaster. Thus, the total number of Bushmaster will reach 60.

"Australia is ready to continue to support the government and people of Ukraine for as long as it takes to gain advantage and victory, to protect its sovereignty. You defend the rule of law, the international rule of law... Today we will announce an additional $100 million in military and technical assistance. In total, we have already provided $390 million. We are also providing an additional 14 APCs and 20 Bushmaster"

In addition, according to the prime minister, Australia will provide additional military equipment, drones and other equipment that Ukraine needs, and help border guards.
