Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora has been postponed - the game will not appear before April 2022
Avatars: Frontiers of Pandora wanted to be released by April 2023, but it didn't work out. Now the release will take place from April 2023 to March 2024.
This became known from fresh material financial report of Ubisoft. A specific reason for the delay was not given, with the following saying:
"We are committed to delivering a cutting-edge immersive game that uses next-generation technology. <…> While the porting is a reflection of the current production constraints in the industry, we are also working hard to create the most efficient working conditions to ensure flexibility and high productivity for our teams without compromising the quality of the game. "
And an insider Tom Henderson (Tom Henderson) reported that Frontiers of Pandora was scheduled for release on November 18th. Like, Ubisoft even confirmed that date to retail stores just a few weeks ago.
If you believe Ethan Gah (Ethan Gach), a senior reporter at Kotaku, the producer of some big Ubisoft game was recently transferred to the development of Frontiers of Pandora. Besides Gah heard that some of the most interesting elements of the game were removed during production.
Ubisoft moved to the same period, from April 2023 to March 2024, an unannounced premium game, which was also previously supposed to be released by April 2023. Its scale is smaller than that of Frontiers of Pandora.
Ubisoft was telling retailers just a few weeks ago that it was slated for a November release, so this is somewhat surprising.

A producer from another major upcoming game was recently pulled away to pitch in on Avatar (which is headed by Massive).

Chatter I've heard internally is that some of its more interesting edges were shaved off as it got farther along in production.
