The prices of Samsung Galaxy Watch5 and Watch5 Pro revealed

It's no surprise that Samsung is developing two new flagship smartwatches, the Galaxy Watch5 and Watch5 Pro, with the latter replacing the Watch4 Classic from last year. So anyone looking forward to August's debut will be relieved to see prices revealed before then.

The Galaxy Watch5 is expected to be somewhat less expensive than the Galaxy Watch4, according to Dealntech. The 40mm version of the Watch5 (only BT variant) will cost €259, while the 44mm edition will set you back €286. According to reports, the price of the Samsung Galaxy Watch Pro with a 45mm BT-only option is planned to be €430, which is up from last year's price of £399.

The pricing information is obtained from a "reputable European retailer," which has a long history of getting its quotations correct. That isn't to say you shouldn't be careful.
