OPPO Watch 3 Pro: first smartwatch with Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor, LTPO display and ECG for $295
Of course, today all the attention was focused on the presentation of Samsung, but on this day there was another premiere - OPPO introduced a line of smartwatches Watch 3.
What was shown?
There is a choice of an advanced version of the OPPO Watch 3 Pro and a simpler model OPPO Watch 3. And this is the first watch on the market with a Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor. But it is complemented by another chip - Apollo 4 Plus, which takes on simpler functions that do not require much performance. In addition, both models received the Wear OS, 1 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory.
Another feature of the OPPO Watch 3 Pro was a 1.91-inch curved LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 496×378 pixels and dynamic frame rate control. For example, when the gadget is not in use, the frequency is reduced to a minimum of 1 Hz to save battery power. The regular OPPO Watch 3 has a 1.75-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 430×372 pixels.
The watch is waterproof, has NFC and has all the necessary sensors such as accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, optical heart rate sensor, SpO2 sensor, ambient light sensor and altimeter. In addition, the Pro version also knows how to do ECG.
The older model has a 550 mAh battery, which will last up to 5 days in active use and up to 15 days in economy mode. The Watch 3 with a 400 mAh battery will last 4 and 14 days respectively.
