Ukrainian military demonstrated futuristic DroneDefender anti-drone guns - they can shoot down UAVs at a distance of 2 km
The Armed Forces of Ukraine received guns to fight against enemy drones. They are called DroneDefender.
What is known
The guns are already being used by the Ukrainian military at the front. DroneDefender allow to shoot down drones from a distance of 2 km. It is assumed that the gun was sent to Ukraine by the American army, which is the main operator of the DroneDefender.

The gun can interfere with frequencies used by most common UAVs, including GNSS. The drone's operation is suppressed once it hits the DroneDefender's scope . The gun has a running time of 2 hours without recharging.
