Huawei has released a new system update for the Watch GT 3 and Watch GT Runner smartwatches.

The update came out with the number HarmonyOS 2.1.0.399. The main innovation of the system was the support of virtual keys for cars. That is, watch users will be able to drive cars. So far, support for an electric car AITO M5 and some models of BYD. We also added virtual keys for opening usual doors to the firmware. Naturally, the keys will only work for users of the Huawei Watch GT 3 and Watch GT Runner in China.

By the way, with the update, the developers also worked on bugs and improved the accuracy of determining the distance of swimming, as well as pose recognition.
