For the first time the Ukrainian armed forces captured a rare Russian Berezhok BMP-2M with a Kornet APC, optics, and AGS-30 automatic grenade launcher
The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to boast of trophy enemy equipment. This time they managed to capture a rare BMP-2M "Berezhok" in the Kherson area for the first time.
How is it interesting?
BMP-2M is an upgraded version of the infantry fighting vehicle produced in the 1980s. The BMP-2M is distinguished by the modern "Berezhok" (B05Y01) combat module which has the antitank missile system "Kornet" with the range of up to 5.5 km as well as the automatic grenade launcher AGS-30. It is capable of firing up to 435 rounds per minute.
