Logitech G CLOUD Gaming Handheld: 7-inch cloud gaming console with support for Nvidia Geforce Now, Steam, Xbox Cloud and Google Play Store
The gaming division of Logitech, after months of rumors and leaks, announced a proprietary console for cloud gaming.
Here's What We Know
The device was named Logitech G CLOUD Gaming Handheld. The novelty was developed together with Tencent Games. The gadget has a 7-inch touchscreen display with Full HD resolution, aspect ratio of 16:9 and a standard refresh rate of 60 Hz. On the sides of the device there were placed joysticks, buttons A, X, Y, B, the crossbar and the "Home" button. At the top of the gadget the triggers are installed.
The console runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor. The novelty has a Wi-Fi module, 4 GB of RAM standard LPDDR4X and 64 GB of storage, a slot for microSD and a 6000 mAh battery with a USB-C 3.1 charging port. The declared operating time is up to 12 hours. There is no slot for a SIM card in the console.
The novelty boasts a pre-installed Google Play Store, support for Android apps, as well as cloud services Nvidia Geforce Now, Steam and Xbox Cloud.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The Logitech G CLOUD Gaming Handheld will only be available in the U.S. and Canada for now. Sales of the console will start in October. The novelty will cost $349, but you can buy it on pre-order for $299.
