All the owner has to do is periodically change the garbage bags, drain the dirty water and refill the clean water.

The mop itself here is double, so it should clean up dirt and stains more effectively. As it drives up to the carpet, the vacuum cleaner automatically lifts the rags so they don't wet the pile.
