The South Korean government is preparing a large military aid package for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Here's What We Know
The information was shared by the Czech publication iDnes, citing its sources. The package is designed for $3,000,000,000. The money for the purchase of weapons will be provided by the United States of America, and the delivery will be handled by the Czech Republic.
According to rumors, the aid package will include rocket launchers as well as a lot of ammunition. Presumably, South Korea can transfer the Chiron (KP-SAM Shingung) portable short-range anti-aircraft missile system to the Armed Forces. It is designed to combat enemy aircraft at a range of up to 7 km.
There is no information on when the supply of weapons will begin.
