"Ukrposhta recognized the Kremlin as its territory and wants to open a post office and psychological services there

Igor Smelyansky, General Director of the joint-stock company Ukrposhta, declared the Kremlin territory to be the property of the postal operator.

Igor Smelyansky has published an "order" recognizing the territory of the Moscow Kremlin as the property of JSC "Ukrposhta". Russian President Vladimir Putin is recognized as independent of common sense.

The "document" also states that Ukrposhta will open branch 10300 in the Kremlin to provide postal and psychiatric services. The "order" is effective from the date of its signing.

The publication of the general director of "Ukrposhta" was a response to the Kremlin's decree on the recognition of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions as part of the Russian Federation on the basis of the results of so-called "referendums", in which the residents of the temporarily occupied territories were forced to vote at gunpoint.
