Extended system requirements for Sonic Frontiers appeared on Steam
Sonic Frontiers is only a month away from release, and we already know pretty everything about the game except for the specific hardware requirements. Earlier on Steam there were already appearing minimum requirements for the game, but it seems that it was just a stub, because the other day they were updated and recommended system requirements were added.
System Requirements
In order to play the game on low settings at 720p and 30 fps you need to have:
- Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: Intel Core i5-3470 or AMD Ryzen 5 1400
- Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 (2GB) or AMD Radeon HD 7870 (2GB)
- RAM: 8GB
- Hard drive: 30GB
- Additional requirements: DirectX 11
To enjoy high setting graphics at 1080p and 30fps the requirements are a bit more:
- Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: Intel Core i5-6600 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600
- Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (8GB) or AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 (8GB)
- RAM: 12GB
- Hard drive: 30GB
- Additional requirements: DirectX 11
It should be noted that the system requirements are modest enough that they can handle even a 6-year-old PC.
The game will be released on November 8, 2022 on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.
