The first official trailer for The Super Mario Bros. Movie

As previously promised, Nintendo has released the first official teaser trailer for Universal and Illumination's The Super Mario Bros.

Here's What We Know

The cartoon was announced back in 2018. The 145-second video focuses most of its attention on Bowser robbing the penguin kingdom and stealing a star. An encounter with Mario himself lasts just a few seconds where he says one line. Also you can see Toad voiced by Keenan-Michael and Luigi played by Charlie Day.

The trailer also omits Princess Peach, voiced by Anya Taylor-Joy and Donkey Kong, voiced by Seth Rogen, and other gang members.

Here's When We'll See It

The cartoon will be in cinemas worldwide on April 7, 2023.
