All is not lost? Rockstar has released a major update for the GTA: The Trilogy remaster collection
After last year's failure of GTA: The Trilogy remaster collection, it seemed that Rockstar Games would prefer to abandon the project and shift all their attention to GTA VI development. But the famous studio didn't give up on their intention to bring the renewed games to the acceptable technical state.
Today it was reported, that the developers released the update for each Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition game.
The patch will add the motion blur graphical option to the trilogy, as well as fixing a number of bugs. Separately noted improvement animation when selecting weapons.
The patch is available on all platforms, but on PC it significantly exceeds the console versions: 18.53 GB for San Andreas, 8.96 GB for Vice City and 4.23 GB for GTA III versus 400-500 MB on Xbox and PlayStation consoles.
As a reminder, GTA: The Trilogy is scheduled for release on iOS and Android in 2023.
