Rumor: Star Wars Eclipse will introduce new race, characters and political conflicts to the Star Wars universe
According to VGC, Sacred Symbols portal published documents about Star Wars Eclipse. The game will introduce a new race to the Star Wars universe and focus on political conflict.
Here's What We Know
The main protagonist of the game is the character Sarah, who prides herself on her political and military aggression. Sarah is described as an athletic 30-year-old woman who belongs to a humanoid race. This race leads a kind of empire called Zaraan, a race that has not been seen before in Star Wars. However, this is not the Galactic Empire we have seen before in the films. The Zaraan Empire exists on its own.
Several interesting facts about Zaraan have also become known, here is one of them: Zaraan marriage has its military consequences, as the spouses become one governing unit that works together.
For Sara, this tradition is a problem. After all, the girl is a fanatical believer in violence and crime, which her empire regularly demonstrates, but she is married to the character Xendo, who is much kinder. Part of the game may revolve around these two characters and their relationship.
However, VGC wrote that it is still unclear whether this particular plot will be used for the final version of the game, as since the first announcement at The Game Awards, almost no information about the project has appeared.

Star Wars Eclipse is an action adventure game developed by Quantic Dream in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games. The game was first announced at The Game Awards 2021. Eclipse is set in an uncharted region of the Outer Rim during the era of the High Republic, known as the golden age of the Jedi. This is at least 200 years before the events of Episode I - The Phantom Menace.
When We Can Expect It
Previously, it was reported that the development process of the game was stuck and the fate of the project is vague. The release is worth waiting for. Famous game insider Tom Henderson wrote that the game may be released no earlier than 2027. Therefore, the plot and characters may change several times during this time.
