According to Valeriy Zaluzhny, Commander-in-Chief of the AFU, the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces shot down 18 of 20 Shahed-136 kamikaze drones in the past 24 hours. They were fired at the object of critical infrastructure of Ukraine.
Over the last day, 18 out of 20 "Shahed-136" UAVs, which were used against the critical infrastructure of our country, were destroyed by air defense assets.#ValeriiZaluzhnyi

Flashback
Shahed-136 is an Iranian unmanned kamikaze drone. It was first unveiled in 2020. The claimed range is 2,000 km. The UAV is equipped with a triangular wing with stabilizers at the ends, a warhead, a propeller and an engine.
